《田師傅》吧生香濃肉骨茶湯料（素食者可），傳承自 20 世紀初福建移民南下南洋的飲食智慧。當年苦力們在港口辛勤勞動，將收集到的藥材碎片與肉骨同煮，逐漸發展出「肉骨茶」這道家喻戶曉的經典料理。
近年來，在馬來西亞吧生地區興起了全新的「乾肉骨茶」風潮。這種料理方式如同三杯菜，將湯汁熬煮至濃稠，讓排骨或雞肉完整吸收香料與藥材的精華，再拌入枸杞、紅棗、乾辣椒、魷魚乾等食材，風味更濃厚、層次更豐富。
與傳統湯品型肉骨茶相比，乾肉骨茶口感更鮮明，也更下飯。其濃稠的湯汁還能靈活應用為滷汁，適合滷製肉類、素料、雞蛋或豆乾等各式食材，每一口都飽滿入味。
