Cooking Instructions

  1. Base: Add 1 pack of Tean’s Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste to 1.6L boiling water. Simmer over low heat for 8–10 minutes.

  2. Enhance: Stir in 150ml coconut milk and 100g fried tofu puffs. Bring back to a boil.

  3. Assemble: In a bowl, place cooked noodles/vermicelli, then top with bean sprouts, sliced meat, fish cake, boiled egg, and mint leaves.
