Three-step customization process: consultation,  quotation, design and delivery
 

—Step. 1—Customer Service Consultation

Please inform the customized needs and requirements through E-mail or message, we will suggest complete and detailed consulting services, and respond you as soon.

—Step.2—Design production

After selecting the style and layout, you can provide the design pattern file by yourself, or hand it over to our professional team to assist in the design and production according to your requirements and ideas.
 

—Step.3—Delivery

After the quantity samplings are confirmed, we will provide a quotation and print proofreading. After the production of the goods is completed, you only need to pay the balance within the deadline, and the logistics can arrange the shipment.

Q&A on Custom / Tailor-made Products
 

Q: How to choose a customized version and size?

A: We provide a variety of versions for free choice, if you want to fine-tune the service, an additional version fee will be charged. Male version size range XS-2XL, female version size range XS-XL. Sets of jerseys, trousers and other accessories are provided by us. Please send them back within two weeks after receiving the set of jerseys.

Q: How to make dress design drafts?

A: The costume design draft and sponsor LOGO can be designed or provided by the customer. We can also assist in processing after collecting design fees at our discretion, and the limit of three times for editing the drawings.

Q: How to determine the deposit fee, minimum order quantity and delivery date?

A: After the proofing drawings are confirmed to be correct, half of the total amount shall be prepaid as a deposit, and the production consent form shall be signed back. We will only formally arrange the production after receiving the deposit and the agreement. The delivery time is estimated to be four weeks before the shipment. Contact the customer when the production is completed, and the final payment will be confirmed and the goods will be sent out.

Q: Design a proofreading process?

A: After the design drawing file is finalized, the fabric proofing will be printed for the customer to proofread and sign. If the actual proofing is required, an additional sample fee will be paid. After the company receives the customer's production consent, it cannot change the design drawing. Please confirm it again before sending it. If the artwork provided by the customer is not duly authorized and plagiarized, the company will not bear any legal responsibility.

Q: Can the defective product be returned or exchanged if the specification does not match?

A: When you receive the customized merchandise, please check whether there are any problems with the merchandise within seven days. If you find any defects, please contact our company. If the problem is discovered after wearing the product for riding or launching in the water, the company has the right to deal with it according to the situation.

Q: Do customized products need to place the Frontier trademark? Can I add special materials to wear composite fabrics?

A: Customized clothing must be placed with the company's LOGO, basically based on the principle of not affecting the beauty and design of the layout, adding special materials or composite fabrics requires additional fees.
